Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Creative Studio Learning Hub platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. These terms govern your relationship with our educational services and establish the framework for your learning experience.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of our platform immediately. Your continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms and any future modifications we may make.

These terms apply to all users of our platform, including students, instructors, and visitors. Different user types may have additional specific terms that supplement these general terms of use.

Educational Services

Our platform provides comprehensive creative education through structured courses in Adobe Creative Suite, UI/UX design, and photography. These educational services are designed to develop practical skills and theoretical knowledge relevant to the creative industry.

Course content, including video lectures, assignments, project materials, and supplementary resources, is provided for educational purposes only. The information presented reflects current industry practices and standards but may not cover every possible scenario or application.

We strive to maintain high educational standards and regularly update our curriculum to reflect industry changes. However, the creative industry evolves rapidly, and students are encouraged to supplement their learning with additional research and practice.

User Responsibilities

As a student on our platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy. False or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination.

Students are expected to engage with course materials respectfully and constructively. This includes participating in discussions professionally, submitting original work, and treating fellow students and instructors with courtesy and respect.

Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, including video content, written materials, software tools, and creative assets, are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of Creative Studio Learning Hub or our licensed content providers.

Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use course materials for personal educational purposes only. This license does not permit redistribution, modification, or commercial use of our content without explicit written permission.

Student-created work during courses remains the intellectual property of the student. However, by submitting work for evaluation or sharing it within our platform, you grant us a limited license to use such work for educational and promotional purposes.

Payment and Refund Policy

Course fees are clearly stated in Sri Lankan Rupees and must be paid in full before accessing course content. We accept various payment methods, and all transactions are processed securely through our authorized payment partners.

Refund requests must be submitted within seven days of enrollment and before accessing more than twenty percent of the course content. Refunds are processed according to our published refund policy and may take several business days to complete.

We reserve the right to modify course pricing at any time. However, enrolled students will not be affected by price changes for the duration of their current enrollment period.

Platform Availability and Technical Requirements

While we strive to maintain continuous platform availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or external factors may occasionally affect platform performance.

Students are responsible for ensuring their devices and internet connections meet the minimum technical requirements for accessing course content. We provide technical specifications and recommendations to help optimize your learning experience.

We reserve the right to update our platform and introduce new features or modify existing functionality. Such changes will be communicated to users in advance when possible.

Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from engaging in activities that could harm our platform, other users, or violate applicable laws. This includes but is not limited to unauthorized access attempts, distribution of malware, or harassment of other users.

Sharing account credentials, downloading or redistributing course content, or attempting to circumvent our security measures is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

Any use of our platform for illegal purposes, including copyright infringement, fraud, or other criminal activities, will result in account termination and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

Limitation of Liability

Our educational services are provided on an "as is" basis, and we make no warranties regarding specific outcomes or career advancement resulting from course completion. The creative industry is competitive and success depends on many factors beyond our curriculum.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or inability to access our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific course in question.

This limitation of liability applies to all claims, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and regardless of whether we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these terms of use, engage in prohibited activities, or interfere with the normal operation of our platform. Termination decisions will be made at our sole discretion.

Users may terminate their accounts at any time by following the procedures outlined in their account settings. Upon termination, access to course materials and platform features will be discontinued according to our data retention policies.

Termination of an account does not automatically entitle users to refunds, except as specifically provided in our refund policy or required by applicable law.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms of use are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and any disputes arising from your use of our platform will be subject to the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.

We encourage users to contact us directly to resolve any concerns or disputes before pursuing formal legal action. Many issues can be resolved through open communication and mutual understanding.

In the event that legal proceedings become necessary, both parties agree to seek resolution through appropriate legal channels in Sri Lanka, following established procedures for dispute resolution.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms of use from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Significant changes will be communicated to users through prominent notices on our platform.

Continued use of our platform after changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should discontinue use of our services.

We maintain a record of previous versions of our terms of use and can provide information about specific changes upon request.
